Der Alte

I've  got these fantastic Plastic soldier Company Sd.Kfz 250's for my birthday (and an other already in my stack). Together with a 1:76 Fujimi 250/10 : a ghastly bad AFV this got me a grand total of 7 250's type Armoured German halftracks.

Building in proces, added floor

the drivers for 5 of them

Added antenna's and radio's for the 250/3's.
base coat early, mid and late Panzer Company
Sd.Kfz 250/3 "Alte"

The build of this 250/3 was fun. Adding the huge antenna and an internal radio really makes the AFV comes to life (imo). The 250/3 is not one of the versions PSC offers, although after finshing this vehicle there was talk of a conversion kit...

Beutepanzer Bren (e)

Some cheap Airfix Brencarriers re-modelled to carry (or support) a platoon of fallschirmjäger.
This was a study object. The Airfix are totally off-scale (1:76), but before i buy myself some PSC carriers i'll see if i can build these.
The Bren carriers are Airfix, stowage PSC and scratch build. Fallschirmjäger are Pegasus. Panzerbüchse 41 is also PSC (left over from their 250/11's Alte).

Small Chaos

Another grab in the endless pitt of forgotten mini's produced the fantastc figs of Citadel Chaos Dwarves.
These are not mine offcourse. Our fellow wargamer Bart left them at my house in his full hope and wisdom. That was some years ago...

Finally finished one.

Them Boys: The Night Boys

These GW orcs were (again) a present for our partner in games; Bjørn. Lying around, doing nothing...
Now, with maybe the last SHA Wargame weekend in Lievelde ever (april 7th) it was time to dig them out of the Lead pile of Shame.

Because of the limited space in the dungeon (where Bjørn will commence his battle) we've split the group into two small units of 5 miniatures.

First up the Night Boys:

These orcs have dark armour hence their name...
